Differential with 4 pillow block bearings.

If your differential fails the lower sprocket will spin but not the tires.  The bearings most likely will not come off the shaft when removing it due to rust.  You will want to take the two hubs off to reuse and also the lower sprocket.  To get the sprocket off you will have to cut the axle so you can reuse.
